• — Assessment responses and scores
• — Usage data (completion times, device type)

2. Why we collect it

To deliver the assessment, generate reports, and improve the platform.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell data. We use the following processors, all bound by data processing agreements:

• — Vercel — Hosting
• — Resend — Email

4. Data retention

Assessment data is retained for 24 months or until you request deletion.

5. Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email hello@probelearning.com to exercise these rights.

We use essential session cookies.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices.
