The Probe Learning platform (probelearning.com) is operated by Smart Study (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.
1. Overview
Probe is an AI literacy assessment platform. By using our platform you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the platform
You may use Probe for lawful business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.
3. Assessment data
Participant responses and scores are stored securely. You own your organisation's data. We process it only to deliver the service.
4. AI-generated content
Reports are generated using AI and are intended as development guidance only. They do not constitute professional HR, legal, or psychological advice.
5. Privacy
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the assessment. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Payment
Services are invoiced separately. Access continues until cancelled or payment lapses.
7. Limitation of liability
Probe is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on assessment results.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email.
